Sherry Dole's light-hearted, whimsical style illustrates her great loves of nature, animals and the environment.

Although she has been a passionately creative person all of her life, Sherry actually had no real formal training. She pursued a career as a corporate fashion buyer for years until she was sufficiently fed up with the 'corporate' part of the deal.

Embarking on a career as a professional artist in South Mississippi can be a bit daunting and Sherry had her family of 2 dogs and 4 cats to feed so she found herself accepting all sorts of art jobs-from hand painting clothing to designing logos to creating event posters.

All the while, her work was evolving into her very own unique look.

She is fascinated with the Pre-Raphaelite Movement and this is evident in her own ardent attention to detail and color.

Sherry Dole has had an increasing number of American and International art collectors who admire and treasure her original paintings and prints.
